George Mash Started his real estate carrier in 1994 by working for the developers in selling the subdivided hobby farms, in early 1995 he completed his subagent real estate course and continued working in the various aspects of the industry including: Owners Corporation Management (Body corporate Management), sales and rental of residential, commercial, hobby farms, industrial and business brokering.

As he always wanted to gain knowledge in any aspect of real estate, sales and marketing, he continued his study while working and completed his Advanced Certificate in Sales Management, so that he could have a better understanding of database management, negotiation skills and to improve his computer skills.
He wanted to have a better understanding of buyer behavior and Marketing as to how he can promote the properties that he was assigned to sell to the right type of buyer, therefore he continued his study and completed his Associate Diploma of Business (Marketing).
Thirsty in learning more and more to increase his knowledge he completed 16 specialized subject in real estate through traineeship with REIV.
To increase his legal knowledge in real estate he also continued his study in real estate further more by completing his certificate IV in Business (Estate Agency Practice) in Swinburne University.
In 2001 George applied for his full licensed Estate Agent and passed all the criteria to become a fully Licensed Estate Agent & Auctioneer, in 2002 he became a professional Licensed Member of REIV, a Certified Estate Agent (CEA).

But as he loves education, he continued his study and in 2005 he became a Qualified Assessor & trainer.
On a regular basis he attends various courses that are run by REIV as he would like to have updated knowledge on the various issues that concern the real estate industry.
